The last Board meeting of 2014 for Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) will take place on Tuesday 16th December at 1pm.

Items due to be discussed at the meeting include the outcome of the trust’s Care Quality Commission inspection, a patient story about breastfeeding support and performance and finance updates.
