There was a local outcry when the plans were spotted on the East Lindsey District Council website on Thursday, with less than a day to lodge objections.

Hide AdResidents were asking how knowledge of the plan for historic landmark, which was built to commemorate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee, seemed to have slipped through the net.
However, East Lindsey District Council has told us that although the deadline for comments has passed, there is still time to have your say.
